Positive Encouragement to Get You Through Each Day

Dear friend,

Today is a new day. From the moment you woke up this morning, you were destined to make a difference in the world. The truth is that you have an amazing purpose that only you can fulfill. Think about your talents, your skills, your heart… Let your inner most being come out in exuberant amounts each day. Don’t hide your abilities… They were meant to be seen, to be heard.

But life is so hard right now!

I know… Life can be so rough sometimes. Maybe you’re at the point where you feel like you can’t even get out of bed because you feel like the world is going to eat you up and swallow you whole. Or maybe you’re in a job that you can’t stand and you feel like no matter what you do, you’ll never live up to the impossible expectations that have been established. I get it… I so get it, dear friend.

But you are more than those struggles. You are more than a conqueror. You are CAPABLE!

I believe in you and now I need you to believe in yourself. It’s scary to take that step forward – to show your true colors. Life can be so brutal sometimes. But it needs your light. It needs the hope and inspiration that you have flowing through your veins. It needs the beauty and passion that you have buried deep within your soul. Release it! Let it be free and don’t look back. Forget all the times that you’ve failed in the past and live in this present moment.

But what if I fail?

But friend, what if you succeed? What if this one day is the game changer that you’ve been waiting for? What if you change someone’s life or impact a client in a way that you never thought possible? Look around you! Even in the winter season there is still beauty in the darkness. There is still warmth in the cold. That’s the same for your life… You may be stepping through a dark place right now but there is light there. You can be that light! Don’t let your inner flames be demolished.

If you do nothing else today, at least do this one thing:

Tell yourself that you are more than enough. That you have a purpose. That your negative thoughts and feelings don’t have to own your soul.

Step out into the openness and feel the wind rush through your fingers. This is life. This is you being free, being who you’ve always wanted to be… A driven and able person who is going to do great things.

Own it. Push through. Keep hope alive.

Love this! Especially your last sentence: Own it. Push through. Keep hope alive. !!! How empowering! I’m guilty of having those negative fears and insecurities, but you’re right. You have to push through anyway, b/c you never know what’s in store!!! =)

You are so right! I find myself getting down sometimes and second guessing, but I have to remind myself that anything is possible.

This is what I needed today and lately. I’ve been in a rut lately. Anxiety and stress have taken over and I have become physically ill from it. I love that I can share posts like this one and that you are also open to sharing you’re emotions with us!

I’m so glad it encouraged you, Kristina. I think we all get in those ruts where we just don’t see the end in sight. I had to go back and read this post just yesterday to remind myself that I am capable and I have a unique purpose. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Great reminder. And I think we need to remove the word “fail” from our vocab if we want to feel positive about everything we do. Even when things don’t go our way.

This is such an uplifting post, I’m glad I found it though the http://allynlewis.com/ link up. As winter draws on it can be so easy to find oneself in a glum mood. I’ve had to work to keep positive the last few days, but it has been worth it.

I’m glad you found it too, Rose! Winter is always a rough season for me. I try my best to stay positive but I definitely get the winter blues.
